Pharm Service State Institution is seeking a qualified Chief Specialist to organize and support the state registration processes for medicinal products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing registration dossiers, verifying compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and communicating with applicants, manufacturers and authorized organizations.

- Prepare, review and coordinate registration dossiers for medicinal products
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
- Assess compliance with applicable regulatory and registration requirements
- Communicate with applicants, manufacturers and authorized organizations
- Prepare official letters, conclusions and other relevant documents
- Monitor the deadlines and stages of registration procedures
- Track changes in applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the improvement of internal working processes
Nomzodga qo'yiladigan talablar
- Higher pharmaceutical education
- Additional specialization or training courses in regulatory registration will be considered an advantage
- At least five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong professional document drafting skills
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and attention to detail
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Russian proficiency at C1 level
- Confident use of computer programs and electronic document management systems
