Pharm Service State Institution is seeking a qualified specialist to organize and support the state registration processes for medical devices and medical equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing registration documentation, communicating with applicants and manufacturers, and ensuring that submitted documents comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Vazifalar va majburiyatlar
- Prepare, review and coordinate registration dossiers for medical devices and medical equipment
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
- Communicate with applicants, manufacturers and authorized organizations
- Prepare official letters, conclusions and other relevant documents
- Monitor the deadlines and stages of registration procedures
- Review applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the improvement of internal working processes
Nomzodga qo'yiladigan talablar
- Higher pharmaceutical education
- Additional specialization or training courses in regulatory registration will be considered an advantage
- At least five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong professional document drafting skills
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and attention to detail
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Russian proficiency at C1 level
- Confident use of computer programs and electronic document management systems
